Carlos Huntley is the Director of Delivery and Technology Services at CoffeeTree Group. He holds degrees in Applied Computer Science and Economics, and brings over 30 years of IT services experience to the role—including 16 years at IBM, where he served as a Delivery Manager, Software Architect, and Software Engineer.

Earlier in his career, Carlos led an IBM development team that, building upon his own exploratory work, successfully created an improved process for EBCDIC to ASCII translation from mainframe to PC. This innovative process was later patented by IBM. Throughout his tenure at the company, Carlos also received multiple IBM "Think" Awards in recognition of his contributions.

Carlos brings a unique blend of technical expertise and client-focused insight, ensuring all tasks and deliverables are completed with excellence and aligned to client expectations. His adaptable, solutions-oriented approach helps foster strong client relationships, build trust, and ensure consistent satisfaction across all engagements.
